Hello and Welcome
We are delighted you have chosen to spend some of your precious time with us! This document will provide you all the necessary information so that you can be well planned and prepared before arriving for your Retreat. So let’s do it!
How to get here
TAXI – A taxi from Chiang Mai Airport or any hotel in the old city will cost you about between 800-1000THB.
GRAB, BOLT OR INDRIVE – Rideshare app are a good option, however most drivers will request more money because of the distance, this is normal. (expect 800-1000THB). “Indrive” is the cheapest

Arrival
Your retreat starts from 2pm on arrival day and you can check in between 2 & 4pm. Your first yoga session starts at 4:30pm. You can arrive earlier if you need to, but any additional meals or yoga sessions will be an additional cost.
Departure
Your retreat ends at 10:30am on departure day checkout time is 10:45am. We will ask you the night before where you need to go and organise a driver. You can stay on after 10:30am in our common areas if you need to, but your room must be vacated by this time. If you stay on for extra classes or meals they are at an additional cost.
How to pay for your retreat
The remaining balance for your yoga retreat is due on arrival in the local currency Thai Baht. Please note we do not have credit card facilities. If you prefer not to bring cash you can pay via Paypal but there is a 6% surcharge for currency conversion and transaction fee.
The weather
The weather is generally hot, however during the months of December & January the mornings and nights can get cold. Please bring at least a few warm clothes with you if you are visiting during these months.
What to bring
Please bring comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation, some warm
clothing for the winter months (Dec & Jan). A reusable water bottle, a small flashlight is handy (phone torch works well), some mosquito spray if you are sensitive, and enough cash to pay
some of the excursions/activities if you plan to join.
Internet
We have available Wi-Fi in the common areas and some houses (not all), however we do encourage you to take a step back from technology while on retreat
and meet other amazing people from all over the world. If you need fast
internet connection while here please purchase a local sim card with data before you come.
Laundry
We can offer laundry services for a small cost of 100THB if needed, but if
you have any delicate or special items please keep them to wash
after your retreat.
Extending your stay
You are welcome to extend your stay so long as there is availability.
Leaving Early
As we operate on a booking system we do not offer refunds for early departures.

It’s a bit complicated so we have made you a guide at the bottom of this page.

7:30am – Meditation & Yoga

4:30pm – Afternoon yoga and meditation

8:00pm – Free time/self practice/relax
10:00pm – Lights out
Extra Optional Activities: We have a variety of daily activies that will run on a rotating schedule each week. All the activities are listed on the activities board in the reception area, you can simply add your name for anything you wish to join.
All activites are optional andif you don’t want to participate, you can spend the time relaxing, reading, practicing, napping or doing whatever you like. please note not possible to do all of the activities in only a 3 night stay.
The Sticky Waterfall Day Trip
Our most popular activity is a day trip to the must-see (and climb)
sticky waterfall in the national park. (400THB)
Wat Ban Den Temple
Visit one of the most unique Lanna style temples in Thailand and the
largest temple complex in Chiang Mai. (300THB)
Elephant Sanctuary
Visit the local family-owned Elephant Sanctuary and spend time learning
about the elephants, feeding them and bathing them. (1500THB)
Cooking class with Ning
Experience authentic Thai cuisine with Ning's lunchtime cooking class with Ning. (900THB)
Ice Bath/Cold Plunge
Cool off and experience the benefits of ice therapy in our handcrafted ice bath. (200THB)
Make Your Own Pizza Night
Saturday is community pizza night. Choose your own toppings to add to your pizza base and cook it Thai style over the barbecue coals (no charge)
ATV Jungle Driving
Explore the Jungle on ATV (quad bikes). (1500THB)
Massage
Thai or oil massage from local masseuses. from(350THB)

Coming From Pai or Going to Pai
If you are planning to visit us from Pai, follow these
instructions
Book a ticket from Pai to Chiang Mai from this
website: https://premprachatransports.com/ Book your ticket
for 12pm departure from Pai.
When booking your ticket, when it comes time to enter your name, write down this text in front of your name:
“ฉันจะลงที่ SEVEN ELEVEN สนเปิง” and then your name.
This will instruct the driver to drop you off at the 7/11 here
If you are Going to Pai from true Nature use this text - ฉันจะขึ้นรถที่ SEVEN ELEVEN สบเปิง
Example of text entered:
Passenger Name: ฉันจะลงที่ SEVEN ELEVEN สนเปิง - John Smith
The driver will proceed to drop you off at the 7/11 near True Nature at approx 1:30pm. Take a moment to buy yourself a cool drink here as it’s then a scenic 15–20 minute walk to reach us.
