Our retreats are designed to give you an authentic and unique immersion into the practices of yoga and meditation in a safe, easy going and supportive environment. You will get to practice both active and relaxing forms of yoga, explore various aspects of mindfulness and meditation, and be guided by experienced teachers.
We invite you to spend some time living and practicing with us, while staying in one of our cozy homes nestled in the mountains of Chiang Mai Thailand. This is a great opportunity to experience a truly different way of life, nourished by nature, community and our distinctive style of yoga and meditation.

Who Should Join a Yoga and Meditation Immersion?
Whether you're looking to start your yoga journey off on the right foot, or you're looking to deepen your current practice and understanding of meditation, our yoga and meditation immersion programs will meet you where you are. All that you need to bring with you is a can-do attitude and genuine willingness to learn and explore, we will do the rest! By immersing ourselves into the powerful and life-changing practices of yoga and meditation we give ourselves the opportunity to realign with our own True Nature, to grow and transform in ways that would otherwise not be possible.
We share these immersions in the hopes that together we can create balance and harmony within ourselves and in the world around us. Bringing us step by step towards experiencing our own True Nature.

7:30 am - Yoga & Meditation
9:30 am - Breakfast
11:30 am - Optional daily activity/workshops
1:00 pm - Lunch and free time
4:00 pm - Afternoon yoga and meditation
6:00 pm - Dinner
7:00 pm - Free time/self practice/group activity

Although the main focus of our retreat is the yoga & meditation, we still have room for fun community based activities.
The activities include Vegetarian Cooking Classes with Ning, ice baths, waterfall visits, make your own pizza night, and more fun stuff. Please note some activities are at and extra cost.
Workshops
Retreats include regular workshops related to yoga & meditation, they will give us a chance to have fun as a group and explore that little bit deeper into our practice. Examples of these workshops are "bringing meditation into daily life", "breathing to revitalize" "yoga to fit your body type" and more.
Each day there be either an activity or a workshop, which will alternate daily.
