Our retreats are designed to give you an authentic and unique immersion into the practices of yoga and meditation in an easy going, light hearted and supportive environment. You will get to practice both active and relaxing forms of yoga, explore various aspects of mindfulness and meditation, and be guided by experienced teachers in a peaceful sanctuary free from outside disburbanses and surrounded by lush nature.

Who Should Join a Retreat With Us?

Whether you're looking to start your yoga journey off on the right foot, or to deepen your current practice and understanding of meditation, our retreat programs will meet you right where you are. All that you need to bring with you is a can-do attitude and genuine willingness to learn, explore and grow, we will do the rest! 

We share these immersions in the hopes that together we can create balance and harmony within ourselves and in the world around us. Bringing us step by step towards experiencing our own True Nature.

What's Included

- Accomodation in one of our cozy homes or nature tents for the duration of your stay

- 3 Daily vegetarian meals

- 2x Daily yoga sessions

- 2x Daily meditation sessions

- Time for discussions, feedback, sharing and questions

- Community events like pizza night, movie night and weekly workshops

- Unlimited drinking water, tea, coffee

- Enjoy Optional daily activities/excursions (at an extra cost)

7:15 am - Morning gong/Wake up

7:30 am - Yoga & Meditation

9:30 am - Breakfast

11:30 am - Optional daily activity

1:00 pm - Lunch and free time

3:00pm - optional workshop (not everyday)

4:30 pm - Afternoon yoga and meditation

6:30 pm - Dinner

8:00pm - Free time

10:00pm - Lights Out

Check in: - 2-4pm
Check Out: 10:30am

Optional Daily Activities

Although the main focus of our retreat is the yoga & meditation, we still have room for fun community based activities.

The activities include Vegetarian Cooking Classes with Ning, ice baths, waterfall visits, Elephant Sanctuary, massage, make your own pizza night, and more. Please note most of these activities are  extra cost.
