🌿 True Nature Chiang Mai – Terms & Conditions

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received and a confirmation email issued.

The remaining balance is due on or before arrival at True Nature Chiang Mai.
2. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By submitting your payment details, you authorize True Nature Chiang Mai to:
-
Process charges for your deposit and any remaining balance owed.
-
Charge your card on file for unpaid balances, early departures, or incidental costs in accordance with these Terms.
-
Retain card details securely via Stripe for authorized future transactions related to your booking.
3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations must be received in writing by email.
-
Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is 30 days or more before the commencement date of your booking or if True Nature cancels your booking.

If you cancel:
-
30 days or more before arrival date → full refund
-
less than 30 days days before arrival date → no refund
-

Early departures after check-in are non-refundable.
4. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
-
Check-out: 10:30 AM
-
Guests leaving before check-out must inform a staff member and settle any outstanding balance.

Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
5. EARLY DEPARTURES & UNPAID BALANCES
-
If a guest departs early, fails to show up, or leaves without payment, the full booking amount remains payable.

True Nature reserves the right to charge the card used for the deposit for any outstanding amount.

Failure to pay for accommodation or services rendered may result in the matter being reported to relevant authorities or travel platforms.
6. DAMAGE, LOSS & LIABILITY

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to rooms, furnishings, or property during their stay.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the card on file.
-
True Nature Chiang Mai is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
7. HEALTH, SAFETY & PARTICIPATION

Participation in yoga, meditation, and wellness activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

Please inform teachers of any injuries or health conditions prior to participation.
-
True Nature Chiang Mai, its teachers, and staff are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during your stay.
8. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
True Nature is a shared space built on mindfulness and respect.
Guests are expected to:

Treat others and the natural environment with kindness.
-
Refrain from disruptive behavior, smoking in non-designated areas, or use of illegal substances.
True Nature reserves the right to refuse service or request departure (without refund) for conduct that disrupts the peace or safety of the retreat.
9. PROGRAM CHANGES
We may adjust schedules, teachers, or activities due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All efforts will be made to provide a suitable alternative of equal value and quality.
10. WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of natural disaster, government restriction, or other circumstances beyond our control, True Nature Chiang Mai may postpone or reschedule your booking.
Deposits may be transferred to a future retreat date rather than refunded.
11. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
During retreats and trainings, photos or videos may be taken for community or promotional purposes.
By participating, you consent to appear in such materials unless you notify us otherwise upon arrival.
12. PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy. Personal data collected through bookings will only be used for communication, payment, and administrative purposes in compliance with applicable data-protection laws.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Chiang Mai Province.
