Subtle Body & Chakras
This module explores the fascinating and vital aspects of the subtle body, focusing specifically on the chakra system and its influence on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The subtle body refers to the energetic counterpart to our physical body, encompassing the flow of prana (life force) and the energetic centers that regulate our overall health and vitality. The chakras—seven main energy centers along the spine—are deeply connected to different aspects of our being, from our grounding and stability to our intuition and spiritual connection. Trainees will explore how imbalances or blockages in the chakras can manifest in physical, emotional, or psychological challenges. By developing awareness of these energetic centers, students can deepen their practice, align their mind-body connection, and cultivate a greater sense of harmony and balance.
